How many counties do I need to file an ANC in if I'm a photographer?
I'm the sole-proprietor of a new photography business, so I'm still trying to figure out the legal aspect of it. Although all of my financial transactions will likely be mailed to my residence in Travis county, Texas, do I need to register an Assumed Name Certificate in ANY county I travel to for photo-shoots/weddings?

This has been a puzzlement for ages around the nation; not just for
photogs but for other services too.
In general, if you maintain an office in one county/city, that will suffice for business you pick up around the state. YOU are a FREE-lancer and
the state gets sales taxes from your biz and
in time, taxes your net profit.
thus, continue on and only focus on making sales and
annually, filing your state/federal paperwork.
