I have windows vista and I must have clicked something wrong. I lost my recycle bin icon and I can't find it anywhere. How do I get it back?

right click your desk top, there should be an option called personalize, click it
in the upper left corner theres text that says change desktop icons, click it
check the recycle bin and click apply
congratulations. you have your bin back

search in all files and folders for recycle bin and when you find it just drag it onto your desktop
