You could get a custom table cover or banner made. They are usually inexpensive and you can use them repetitively as well. I had a 50th anniversary event and had a custom banner made for it and it turned out great. I ordered it from a place called Carrot-Top Industries.

You can also even check a dollar store for knick knacks that are cheap as decorations.
