Avery Personel lable printer Model 09100?

Hi

Has anybody had this problem

I purchase this printer a couple years ago but could never get it to work correctly.

Problem is every time I switch it on it pops out an blank label.

I am having to reload the machine all the time it also does not push the label all the way out for me to extract it.

I am using labels R5014 am I doing something wrong?

I have contacted avery about this problem and was told that because the product was over one year old it was out of warranty and they no longer make it other words clear off can't help:
