Headache's from change in diet?

I recently decided to change my diet. Eating more fruit, lots of boneless skinless chicken breast, veggies, fish and the like as well as drinking diet sodas and water. I've noticed though that I seem to be getting headaches. Really bad ones that just make me want to lay down and not move. They seem to lessen or go away if I eat a candy bar or a burger. What's the deal with that? Is my body actively trying to sabotage me here? What is going on and how do I solve it?

this is normal. your body is not used to the less sugar intake. the reason why it gets better after you eat something fatty or sugary is because your body is going through a withdrawal. its exactly like a drug addict or smoker. once you stop doing the drugs or smoking, your body first goes through the withdrawal process wich is the hardest process. you'd see ppl have headaches, bomit and body just feels bad. but once you get past this phase you;d feel fantastic. it will pass when your body gets used to to the less sugar and junk intake. it might take 2 weeks or 1 week or 3 weeks. but it will feel wayyyyy better when you get past it.

you know it also depends on your age, body structure etc. Yo uare operating very terse vitamin supplements, although you should rely more on the real food for nutrition, if you understand my point. Stay natural. Also, water in such huge quatities is not necessarily good. Too much is as bad as too little. You need to find out how much your body actually needs, and then add a little for that dieting effect. Don't just gulp a barrel a day because somebody said that that's the way to do it. Anyway. its alway good to stay mindful of these types of things, nobody knows your body better then you yourself.

i think your body is just readjusting itself. it sounds as though you changed your diet abruptly. most people recommend that you gradually integrate healthier foods into your diet instead of just suddenly changing everything. your body's just going into slight shock. it's like when people who drink coffee 3-5 times (or more!) per day start drastically cutting back. all of a sudden they are cranky, shake a bit, and their heads hurt because they're going through withdrawal. i think something similar is going on with your body. i also think you should slowly nix the diet soda's. all those sugar substitutes aren't really helping you either.

One of these answers has nothing to do with the question and could actually do more damage! Advertising in people questions not cool! Especially with a product that could hurt someone!
