There is a online captures for flv files its http://keepvid.com/
from my opinion,
Try Internet Download Manager, In the download options menu you can mention the file extensions which are all needed to be downloaded automatically when your using internet.
Mention .flv there and when ever you see a .flv files on intenet it will download for your. Its quite useful for me. But its quite a tedious job too.
