Assuming this is a serious question...

Yes, you have a chance. Provided you have the qualifications needed to practice medicine in the US, you can apply via EB-2 as a qualified physician in an underserved area. http://bhpr.hrsa.gov/shortage/muaguide.htm will show you the underserved areas and jobs. You will probably be better off trying to apply directly for a job, rather than attempting to move to a place that needs doctors and opening your own practice.

Or, you could try to apply via EB-3, which will take a lot longer. You will also need to have a job lined up. It will be difficult to get one that way right now.

Of course, this all applies only if you have the proper qualifications. If you do not, you will have to apply under EB-3 and attempt to find a job that pays much less.

What are you asking for, political asylum because you live in an area of Pakistan that is now controlled by the Taliban? I'm not sure of your question. However, you can apply for a visa and go from there.

You would be better off migrating to Canada as it would be easier and more job prospects than the US at this time.
