If i want MooGooGai Pan, and it isn't spring yet & cant get peas will this change the name of the dish?

    You can buy them year round...it is spring in Australia and Chile and they are in the market...you can also use frozen ones.

    I believe it means "mushrooms with /and chicken. I know that Gai means chicken.
