    Maksudnya cream cheese khan??

    Cream cheese adalah keju muda, biasa dijual dalam wadah plastik.

    Termasuk bahan vital dalam pembuatan Cheese cake.

    HOMEMADE CREAM CHEESE

    Untuk membuat 250 gr cream cheese

    Bahan:

    125 gr keju cheddar, parut

    125 ml susu sapi

    Cara:

    1. Rebus keju dan susu di atas api kecil sambil diaduk sampai mendidih.

    2. Pindah di mangkuk kecil. Dinginkan.

    3. Tutup plastic wrap, masukkan ke chiller. Dinginkan semalaman.
