    you have to combine

    6a and -4a

    6 - 4 = 2

    so then 2a

2a and your left with +2

    so then your answer is

    2a+2

6a and 4a both have the same term "a" so we have 6a -4a so we have 6-4=2 so

    6a-4a=2a

and then we bring back the 2 so we have for a final answer

    2a+2

    6a-4a+2

    combine like terms

    2a+2

    The correct answer is 2a+2!

Since the +2 does not have the "a" it is not a like term, so you leave it alone.

Since there is no equal sign, it can't be solved, only simplified:

    6a - 4a + 2

    2a + 2

    2(a + 1)

    6a^2+4a+5+3a^2+7a-2 6a^2+4a+5+3a^2+7a-2 9a^2+lla+3 its suitable---undergo in ideas--u can basically upload the numbers that have a similar words---so u cant do 5^s +5s if the 6a had parenthesis---(6a)^2, it would B (6a)(6a)=36a^2
