thats okay, i do it too :)
You just got to relax and drink plenty of water and believe in yourself so much that nothing can stop your voice from singing :)
Just rest your voice and throat, and remember to always sing from the stomach not the throat!
:)

Operatically speaking, you woudl most likely be a coloratura contralto or mezzo soprano, or a light lyric contralto or mezzo soprano. Contralto and mezzo soprano are the lower singing voices in women. Soprano voices are the higher voices you hear women sing with. That is the reason of your cracking with high notes. The no-loud notes is because of the lyric part of your voice, which is a softer, flutterier voice. Get a voice coach. You may then be able to hit those notes and have a hidden soprano in you somewhere.

it depends.
if you're singing correctly
and not straining or asking too much of your voice,
then it shouldn't hurt.
OR you could just have a sore throat.
i go to a high school for the performing and visual arts
and i sing at least 2-3 hours everyday.
you really just have to pace yourself.
if you're just practicing, you don't need to overdo it.
the best remedy is to drink a lot of water
and rest your voice as much as you can.

Yes its normal. Unless you train your vocal chords for extended use they can be irritated quite easily. Dont sing for a couple days to rest up a bit. If you still feel the same you may require a vocal coach.

Try to not talk as much so your vocals will restore.
If you talk or sing again, your just going to mess everything up again!

it is normal....
to get your voice back..... you can use boiled water, but not that hot, then crash a ginger, then put it in a water and drink it, that\s the way we do it here in the philippines,, just an advice, but if you don\t want, you can just rest your voice and don\t strain it again.....
it is normal , don\t worry.....

YOU PROBABLY STRAINED YOUR VOCAL CORDS. REST YOUR VOICE WHISPER INSTEAD OF TALKING AND DRING HOT DRINKS TO RELAX YOUR THROAT MUSCLES.
