Weight gain after gall bladder surgery?

I have to have some tests run to see if i need my gall bladder taken out. I have heard that people have a weight problem after their gall bladders have been removed. Any input from people who have had them removed would be a great help.

After my gall Bladder was removed there was no change in weight or eating patterns.

People who lose weight fast may have to have their gall bladders out.

I had multiples on 1990[ today is their birthday ! ] and had my gall bladder out the following year.

I was in a mothers of multiples group and almost everyone had it out.

If you truly want to lose weight effectively and keep it off you must make a commitment to do so. This can be one of the fastest ways to lose weight and keep it off. Stopping and starting on diets and exercise can actually harm your chances. Many people who start with an eating plan and exercise regime and then quit only to start again in a few weeks often gain weight.
