Improving Vertical Leap By 10 inches?+?

Im 5'10 or maybe 5'11 with shoes on.

17 years old.

I have about a 24 inch vert right now (roughly)

If my calculations are correct i need about a 34 inch vert to be able to dunk a basketball

So what exercises should i do?

Should I try a program like Air Alert?

www.airalert.com

Any suggestions?

Most likely not quite 10 inches. One you can touch the rim or grab on you need about 6 more just to dunk. 10 would make dunking ease. Air Alert I hear hurts knees and I did it too and my knees started to hurt a bit. The amounts in AA are kinda high. I was thinking to try it again but tone down the amount of reps per each. Like seriously 500 reps for some of them is way too much. Last tip of advice, as soon as it starts to hurt stop. You may also want to see a doctor if the pain lasts for a long time.

This site has some programs too.

    Step 1. Convert to Hinduism

Step 2. Live a long, full, and good life

Step 3. Get reborn as an African American

There are no doubt some white 5'10 17 year olds who can dunk, but it's about as common as HIV. You're probably not going to grow much more, so it looks like you're doomed to a life of layups.

look up the 'Vertical bounce Bible'. e-e book I discovered years in the past, it grew to become into super and helped enhance my vertical with the help of approximately 8-10 inches ... and that i wasn't even that worried approximately it. quite a compilation of diverse plyo, stability, and potential preparation drills prepared into weekly classes and schedules.
