I am about 5'11. Senior In High School. Our high school team isnt the best. I do start every game and im the point guard. I probably avg somewhere around 10-15pts a game. 7-12 assist, and probably 5-10 rebounds. I know there is some difference in the numbers but thats close to what it is.

I gotta get some new brakes anyway, so I was wondering how I could make my truck louder without a bunch of money spent on it....

I dont think my 18 inch glasspacks are loud, they have sound dont get me wrong, but not loud (especially since my friend got a 6.0L-no mufflers LOUD).

So what are some things I could do? Get longer tips at 45 degrees?,

HOW bout BACKWARDS Glasspacks?

And if you post, could you post an estimated price maybe?

Gas mileage?

Can you get either of these in a 1500HD, or better off with the 2500 or 2500 HD?

Can you even get an 8.1L in a GMC?

Alright, I'm 5'10, 180lbs, I'm 17 and a male. I'm trying to lose some weight, trying to get into the 160's. I work out, lift a few weights, do about 100 crunches, and run up and down stairs. for about 30 mins a day. I dont really want to build a bunch of muscle, i just want to be "flat" i guess. Any help would be appreciated!

And for example, this is my normal meal for breakfast lunch dinner

Breakfast- either dont eat, or today i ate one half of a chicken sandwhich, fat free ranch, and 1 piece of whole wheat bread, and one slice of reduced fat cheese

Lunch- side caesar salad, fat free italian dressing )not caesar), and a chicken sandwhich, with cheese, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, and ranch

dinner- probably another sandwhich of some sort

snacks include- 2 handfuls of tostitos, gummy bears, thats it
