Is all this bashing each other really necessary?

I agree that bashing and attacking each other is immature and is done by all sides. And enough is enough Im Christian and I dont care if you're Atheist, Muslim, Wicca etc.. I dont bash you. But since there will be people going on with "no you started it" nonsense I assume it wont end.

There is no reason that the debate cannot be held in a dignified and respectful manner.

The bashing and smart-*** comments only serve to lower the level of the debate and to debase the participants.

True, people shouldn't bash other people based on who they are. However, one can bash a person's argument for or against something.

this is an ongoing issue... its a problem thats been a problem for over thousands of years. I do not see this getting better anytime soon.
