download some trial anti-virus, update it and scan your entire system

If it won't charge, it probably isn't a virus, but rather just a problem with the charging component of your laptop. I don't believe viruses have the ability to do that, so I am pretty sure either your charger connection is broken, your battery is permanently dead, or the charger cord is broken.

You can download some trial anti-virus things or you can just restart ur computer and just download everything back because sometimes that anti-virus stuff doesnt work.
