PETA Asking Ben & Jerry's to Change From Cow Milk to Breast milk, How do you feel?
I find that disgusting. I do not want breast milk in my ice cream and thank God Ben & Jerry's turned that offer down.

I think that there are some nice people who belong to Peta and some nuts. And unfortunately, the nuts seem to be in charge of the decisions. And if they spent half of this energy on human beings and feeding them and worrying about the ethical treatment of human beings, we would not have starving and homeless people.
Looking out for animals is great, but when you do it at the expense of mankind and treat animals better than your fellow human beings, you have crossed over to the dark side.
Now, if an individual wants to squirt their milk into the icecream maker in their home and whip up some icecream, go for it. But you do not have the right to tell us what we can eat. Or to tell a food manufacturer what products they can sell. I would not ever support a company to uses humans to create food. I am not eating icecream made from human breast milk any more than I would have a chicken fried steak of John Doe. Or a plate of human liver and onions. Jesus ate meat and so will I.
I once saw a Peta demonstration outside of a KFC in south Texas. This elderly couple was attempting to walk in and they were blocking their entrance to the door. Out of concern, I drove up and got out. What happened next made me dislike Peta greatly.
As I got out I heard this elderly man say 'excuse me please'. Nothing else. And he even said it nicely. Then members of this wonderful group proceeded to curse, scream and belittle this couple. Imagine this grandma and grandpa just going for dinner and having a group of people menancing them because of their personal choice. They were so scared they started back to their car and the group followed them shouting and cursing. Just spewing hate. And they did not allow this couple room to walk clearly to their car so the lady stumbled and fell. And they laughed at her. And then started screaming again.
And when I went to help the lady, a young man pushed me out of the way and told me to let her suffer like the animal she was about to eat.
Now, that is evil. It is one thing to have compassion for an animal. But to not also have compassion for mankind is hypocritical and evil. And those people should fall to their knees and ask God to forgive them for the hate they showed that couple.

They asked them to do that in September of last year...
Honestly, it's a thought that shouldn't disgust us as much as it does.
Human breast milk would certainly make an ice cream, it has a greater fat content than cows milk after all. However, many people are thrown off by the idea. Just as they find it odd to continue breast feeding after a certain time (and that time varies from person to person).
I wouldn't eat it if it was made with human breast milk, I think the children need the milk more than ice cream manufacturers.

PETA is an irresponsible animal rights group that attracts insane lunatics and people with fascist political ideologies. I'm big on animal rights spent a lot of years as a vegetarian, but I won't ever associate with those crackpots! I think they hurt the cause more than help by giving animal rights a bad name!

It's supposed to disgust you. They don't genuinely want breast milk ice cream. They want you to think about how disgusting it is and then draw that parallel to cow's milk.
Phoenix: Actually PETA is a vegan organization who want to make the world vegan, so they do care if we drink milk....

Oh look its Saturday Night again.
PETA never asked Ben & Jerry's that.
PETA doesn't care if we drink cow's milk. They have no problem with it.
And you can't put anything that comes from the human body in food!
Its the LAW!
So let me ask you this, happy now that you got your little bit of attention?

There are 2 sides to this.
So on either side, there's a good and a bad flip to this. (:

That has to be one of their best inane ideas I have heard of.
Thanks for the laugh.
