1994 lexus ES300 instrument cluster needles out...?
How to fix this problem without buying a new cluster (650.00) also, the LCD figures on the A/C Heater unit are fading away after I start the car. Does anyone have a answer for these two problems? Note that the back lights and warning lights on the cluster are fine, just the needles are out. And as for the A/C and heater, they work also, just the figures on the narrow screen do not work. Thanks for your answers.
I know it is the weekend, but come on guys, any auto wizzards out there have an answer?

I would start by checking the vehicles grounds to make sure that they are making a good connection and then pull the cluster to check the circuits and connections as well as the bulbs and the same on the A/C / Heater controller.....
