Ok, could someone tell me if this is healthy or not?

Ok, so I want to make a smoothie and these are the ingredients. If someone could tell if what to change, lose, substitute, that would be great!

1 banana

4 frozen strawberries (might have preservatives)

1 cup of carb smart light vanilla yogurt

splash of milk (slim or 2% depending on what i grab out of the fridge)

Thanks so much!

Update:

Thanks so much! I just wanted to make sure I wasn't putting too much stuff in for one person. Oh, and I'll definitely put ice in, it would be kinda gross if I didn't!

Sounds healthy enough! Try some ice and/or frozen yogurt. Some protein powder is always good! Sounds yummy :) Also, try adding some dark colored fruit, like blue berries. Darker fruits have more antioxidants and are healthier. I would also always use skim milk.

As long as this is a meal replacement smoothie, that is a good idea. I wouldn't have it with a full meal as well.

Also, if you ARE using it as meal replacement, consider adding a scoop of protein to it, that's going to balance out your meal!

Add ice and you are set. Sounds yummy to me.
