    has a model that looks good and they say it is 1/20 scale and is 21.5" long which would make the original 430 inches or 35.8 feet.

    In string theory, In addition to the three normal spatial dimensions, there are 6 spatial dimensions curled up into a class of shapes called Calabi-Yau manifolds. These are the dimensions that strings vibrate in. M-theory added an additional spatial dimension which is believed to be a small dimension that separates branes (3-branes in particular). There is absolutely no requirement that dimensions be perpendicular to each other - they just need to be independent degrees of freedom. Don't think that just because our three dimensions in flat space are orthogonal then all dimensions have to be orthogonal.
