happy birthday...a hug
the "cumple" part is abbreviated from "cumplean'os" sorry i dont have the spanish N on my keyboard, so i had to put the ' in there to correct the pronunciation.

a good translation would be like happy birthday, love *prob a name*

It looks like Spanish. I know that the "feliz" means "happy" or "merry," "un" means "one" or "a", and I think "abrazo" means "hug" or "embrace."
Maybe it's "Happy you're here, now give me a hug!"
