Really, the best solution is to buy an old xbox and connect it to your tv or a current cheap dvd player (about $Au50) that will play divx and mpeg4. This will save you a lot of trouble and better quality than "converting" to dvd. Avi is compressed to approx. 700 meg from approx.4 gig! You can't get software that will put it back to it's original condition. It's like squeezing a jelly fish and then trying to put the pieces back in.

Ok so... Get a Dvd burner program. I would check out www.doom9.net for one. Then just make sure your videos are in the right format for the program and select file location and BURN away.
