What are some tips on falling asleep NATURALLY in a over seas plane ride?

I'm going to Poland this summer break, and the flight is 10 hours STRAIGHT on one plane, I can't stand being bored for 10 hours, what are some easy ways to fall asleep without drugs? I've been to Poland last year too, and I didn't sleep at all on the 10 hour STRAIGHT trip. It was REALLY boring. Please help. (I'm 13)

Try to be tired when you board the plane, try waking up very early on the morning of your flight or staying up late the night before or both. The time your flight departs makes a difference too, I have no problem sleeping on late night flights, but have trouble sleeping on morning or early afternoon flights. If you have a choice, take a late flight. Good luck.

yeah like the other answers just dont sleep much in the days before your trip so you are REALLY tired, and you will fall asleep before the plane even takes off. wear earplugs and eyemask thing.
