make awesome videos
and
comment on videos that get a LOT of views like jonas brothers and miley cyrus videos, and comment saying to watch your videos
AND
you can make a deal with someone, tell them to watch your video and comment, and you will comment/subscribe on theres!

To have more views on your videos try posting them as a video response to other popular videos, also when writing the description and "Tags" use as many popular keywords you can imagine. Here's a list of the most popular searches on YouTube by ranking:
