Why are the browns making no moves right now?

Question

It seems like they ought to try and make some form of move with derek anderson and donte stallworth... Anderson I can understand for another year since it seems mangini is not sold on Quinn, but what the hell are they doing keeping Donte Stallworth?  They overpaid for him in the first place, and now they are going to keep him after seeing how unproductive he is?  Can someone help clear up this seeming stupidity...

Yeah... you have a new head coach, it's going to take a while to evaluate the talent.  Like the guy above me said, you just traded your TE for a draft pick, and then Shaun Rogers wants to get out too I keep seeing, but Mangini runs a 3-4 and even though Shaun is worthless (I'm a lions fan sadly) he won't let him go.  Once you see him make a QB choice you  might see one or the other move probably for more draft picks.

Money. Other than Daniel Snyder of Washington handing out money like candy I think with the way the economy is going some of the smaller city franchises aren't leaping into a bidding war with some of the high profile FA. Everyone thought as soon as FA started that Ray Lewis TJ Houshmandzadeh, Kurt Warner and a host of others would be offered big money. This hasn't happened and I don't think it will.

well, u lost kellen winslow and braylon edwards was requesting a trade to the giants so alot of players are "moving" now.
