Why do Born Again Christians have an unchristian hatred of Jehovah's Witnesses?
Well on here many ranters against JWs seem to claim their alliegance to Born Again Christians.
Take Unsilenced Lioness for an example. She and her minions swear to be Born Again Christians yet I would be ashamed to talk like they do.
I am sorry if I offended any moderate BACs. You seem to be only a few I have witnessed to be well kinder.
Explain then Unsilenced Lioness why you have had more Y! Moderator deleted accounts than I have had hot dinners. You hardly have an account older than 8 weeks. You can't be doing something very nice. Nor Christian.
Nifken, what you on about. It is not like Unsilenced Lioness don't block people. This is something she is infamous for doing herself. She asks JWs questions then blocks the JW answers so she can have a biased sided support.
This is what I mean the hypocrisy such people like Unsilenced Lioness and her minions do. They make accusations of what they themselves do. They do it to Catholics and Mormons too. Just pure hated passed off as christianity.
That is what inspired me this question with people like Nifken who do what they accuse others as bad.

I would like to win hearts through scriptural reasoning's.
Jehovah's Witnesses even without the Bible show themselves without a word by their conduct alone as God fearing people. Yes we have a lot of Bible knowledge but it is not a brag to us, just a desire to teach.
250,000 people a year world wide and climbing are baptized as Jehovah's Witnesses each year. That is quarter of a million people who choose to live in peace and have agape love toward even to their persecutors. Jehovah's Witnesses are not retaliative people but continue in their desire to preach the good news of Jehovah's Kingdom.
Romans 12:17
Return evil for evil to no one. Provide fine things in the sight of all men.
EDIT: That odd LKM since you gave me best answer yesterday with an inspiring comment to go along with it.
Unsilenced Lamb blocked me a long time ago and I was not even answering her question. Which is certainly not a bad since it is a protection for me.

Hatred from Unsilenced Lioness? I have never seen any better love or respect from at least 95% of the JWs here. Not once do I see any hatred from Unsilenced Lioness, but I do see your hatred towards her for bringing up all the fallacious doctrines made up by your anointed leaders.
Please try not to make personal attacks to those who are NOT attacking you personally, this should be a golden rule that unfortunately most JWs don't really follow. I never attack an individual personally, but only attack your organization, its doctrines and its leaders. What you are doing is different than what Unsilenced Lioness and a whole bunch of other Born again Christians are doing, and this should be brought up to the attention of your local elders at your Kingdom Hall. Would you (being called "Goodness" a minute ago but now changed to a new name?) be brave enough to show your local brothers and sisters along with your local elders your personal attacks that you have shown here so far?

As a former JW I have love and respect for the JW's that are good people. But like anywhere there are bad ones. And between that and teachings and allowing as Unsilened Lioness said pedophiles in among there ranks and allowing forgiveness in many cases I left after 34 years. I don't hate Born Again Christians or any Religion or the people in any Religion. I just don't like when people do bad things in the name of Religion or worse in Gods name. But to be honest even I have made this mistake. I think we all have.
Best Wishes & Be Well.

never. Jehovah's Witnesses take their queue from the Watchtower. Now some will say its basically a publishing organization, as theory it has no authority over what they suspect. Ask any jehovah witness who ever went against what the Watchower Bible and Tract Society advised them what to have faith, annd see what the outcomes have been.

Firstly, don't assume someone who acts angry and at times ridiculous is Actually a member of the faith they claim, or even if they are, that they are a good representation of said faith.
I am a Christian, one of Jehovah's Witnesses.
There have been several IDs on Y!A that have claimed to be Witnesses and were down right laughable, as they were CLEARLY NOT Witnesses.
I think Some of the account on Y!A that are so rude, think on some level, that if they are rude, they will embaress people into giving up their beliefs and agreeing with the Loudest Angriest voice in the Y!A universe.

Ranting. Everybody's ranting. You're ranting. Born Agains are ranting. People love to rant. Like Lucy in the Peanuts comics said "the world would such a better place if everyone thought like me." But she's the worst of the ranters.

Well, as others have said, not all of them hate JWs. However, for the ones that do, I would imagine it is for the same reason anyone who worships the god of Abraham dislikes, hates or otherwise maligns anyone else who worships the same god, just differently. They simply don't agree and aren't adult enough to settle down and behave themselves. That's the only reason I can come up with for the reason that Jews, Christians and Muslims have been each other's throats throughout history. They all worship the god of Abraham and *should* get along, but xenophobia, religious intolerance and just plain douchebaggery prevents this, apparently. Some people take this a step further and dislike other christians who believe differently. Same thing, though. Xenophobia, religious intolerance and douchebaggery.
Ignore them and/or mock them. Haters hate being ignored and/or mocked. Makes 'em even crazier. Which I find intensely amusing...

I've noticed an unchristian ignorance about JWs - by no means confined to the born-again believers! They are prone to list 'crimes' that are actually distortions of what JWs believe. They don't offer biblical reasons for their allegations. They can even accuse them of beliefs that are not JW, but Mormon! That's what dismays me. If you are going to criticise any denomination for holding to some un-Christian beliefs or practices, at the very least you must get your facts right, at the outset!
Ignorance is usually at back of rants. But those Christians who love JWs take the time and the trouble to research into JW beliefs, check out JW literature and then state reasons for their objections. That is not unchristian. It is not hatred. It is the love of Christ in action. Just consider some of the outspoken - even shocking - things he said - even to his own disciples! "Get behind me, Satan!", to Peter! But to those who were twisting the Scriptures, he called them vipers, whitewashed tombs and so on. Would you accuse Christ of being unchristian with such verbal attacks? Christians who flag up some JW beliefs as wrong should never attack individual JWs but point out the anonymous handful of leaders who are dangerously close to twisting the scriptures.

I am an ex- JW and speak out boldly against the JW organization, but not JWs individually, unless one of them is particularly and unnecessarily rude.
It is the organization and those in charge of it that is to blame for misleading people. It is easy to be misled. I know, I was one of them. I understand how beguiling the organization and its literature is. They teach lies about the Bible, and I do my best to expose it. I only hope that JWs will consider it, because 1 John 4:1 tells them to test things they hear against the Bible, not to just settle for the first thing that comes along that SOUNDS Biblical.

Such is the treatment reserved for anyone to whom you can apply the label heretic. "If you are not my kind of Christian, then you must not be a Christian at all."
Personally speaking, I think by doing so they are saying that Jesus lied. As I understand it all Jesus requires for anyone to be saved is to accept him as Lord and Savior. It's funny that many people think that Catholics, Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormons, Seventh Day Adventists, Pentecostals, etc. are not saved when they all accept Jesus as Lord and Savior.
People wonder why I claim to be Agnostic. This is at least one good reason, at least they can't consider me a heretic.
I hope this helps.

Sheer competition... Unlike in Muslim countries we do live in a market free society where anything goes if you are smart to promote. Look at the JW, Mormons, Scientologists and so on people crave for some sort of religion!
