Movies that were slightly overseen??!?

I'd just like to know which movies do you think were sooooo great, excellent even..that should have won an OSCAR..but they somehow missed it?

For example...my picks are:

Requiem for a Dream (2000)

The Shawshank Redemption (1994)

Good Will Hunting (1997)

Fight Club (1999)

The Color Purple

Update:

Just so it wouldn't be misleading...I am referring to Best Picture...not any given award...:)

    I'm extremely shocked that Shawshank Redemption and The Color Purple didn't win ONE award...that's blasphemy!

    I think Citizen Kane should've won alot more Oscars than it did. It was nominated for 9, but it only won 1. That movie is brilliant!

    I also think The Dark Knight should've been nominated for Best Picture and Best Director. I hate it when big movies get left out of those categories. It's ridiculous.
