Who are the people who can not see the forest through the trees?

Unless the people, through unified action, arise and take charge of their government, they will find that their government has taken charge of them. Pretty much sounds like us. Our government officials get into office and forget their constituents but have great rewards from special interest lobbyists. Nobody seems to "Fly Like an Eagle" to get the bigger picture. Even when we elect an official who we think will do a good job, they go off the deep-end with the power g-r-a-n-t-e-d to them. Tch, tch.

The cliché is "can't see the forest FOR the trees." Is there a point to quoting all of these dead Republicans? You know that Coolidge was basically consigned to the dust heap of history until he was resurrected by ... Reagan. And we all know what a crap president Reagan was.
