What do you think of my poor photography skills?
Eh, I just started fiddling with the camera and photoshop stuff. Are these totally lame? Or decent enough?

Let's first deal with the obvious: your mindset.
In order to succeed at ANYTHING in life, you need to approach it with a neutral attitude at least; a positive attitude is even better. By saying your photography is "poor," you're broadcasting to the world your lack of self-confidence. Therefore, I disagree with your description of "poor" in this context, having seen the three examples of your work.
I especially liked the second and third images; both are salable. Of these two, the one with the girl on the steps looks like it might be suitable for a greeting card. The one with the eyes could be used for any number of things, such as a billboard for an ophthalmologist or maybe even for a book's jacket.

they're not lame - everyone starts somewhere and I think they are a very good start. my advice would be to try to make the use of filter's less obvious so as to make it not as straightforward - it will give the piece more interest and make the observer work harder. But, yes, i think they are nice and don't be so hard on yourself!
