my seven year old son sweats in his sleep is this normal?

Yes. My five year old does and has for several years. And I can't say too much about it, I sweat too. We're both usually hot, while my husband and the other two are usually cold.

Make sure he's dressed comfortably and has access to blankets if he gets cold and you'll be fine.

Normal for hot natured kids

Yes - my son is hot natured and he does sweat in bed.

What we do is have him sleep in shorty pajamas instead of long ones. Also I don't put allot of covers on his bed - I do have his comforter turned down in case he does get chilly during the night.

My husband sweats in his sleep a lot. It's fine.

yes, that has happened to me, all my parents did was put some nice music "beethoven, bach" while i was sleeping on low volume, the sweat in my sleep was rare after that.

Maybe he's got too many blankets on him?
