How long should this take?

So, here is what has happened so far. I had an phone interview with the store manager and then an interview in person with him. Then after that i had a phone interview with the HR. After the interview was over, she asked me if it was ok to have a background check done on me as well as a drug test. Of course i said yes and then she said that the next step in the process is an in person interview with her but she said she still has to go through other phone interviews but she would be giving me a call. It has been almost 2 and a half weeks since then and i havent gotten the call. If anyone has ever been hired at verizon or knows anything about the hiring process, could i have some insight? it would be much appreciated.
