Which name do you prefer?
Madalina Rafaela or Khalilah Reagan?
I'm not pregnant. I'm just wondering.
I'd honestly never name my daughter Khalilah Reagan. Khalilah is Arabic. Reagan is Irish.
However, Madalina Rafaela is Portuguese and I'm part Portuguese. So, there's a chance I could name my daughter that. But, I have names chosen already for names for my children.

Madalina Rafaela is pretty if it's of your ethnicity. Khalilah Reagan is really awful, sorry.

None of them are fabulous. If you had a child and named her that, you would be handicapping her for the future - people with tricky names like those tend to be associated with low-education, low-income households, and it's a fact of life that a lot of businesses would just as soon throw out a resume as spend a bunch of time trying to pronounce the applicant's name.
Raegan is doable. I'd leave everything else alone, or at the very least pair ONE of the weird names as a middle name to a more traditional first name.

...if you would never name your child that second name would you mind explaining why it is part of your question? lol Both ar ehorrible though, even if you are Portuguese...there have to be prettier Portuguese name than that! :/
