Have you ever heard the phrase, "Don't let one sour grape spoil the whole bunch?

Question

I accidently sent the apple question to words and word play.  
My question is we are all letting one person disturb us too much and we need to get past that and let it go, by not clicking on a person that we know to be angry and probably sad and lonesome too.  We don't know why he is so angry, nor can we analyze his problems and why he comes to our sevior area an be extra unkind with phrases like, "Oh, I am a rebe!"  "I'm enjoying this!"  When I first came to this site, I thought it was too stressful, getting simple answers I wanted the help with deleted.  Then I thought, the anger is in only one person and the rest of you are so nice.  We need to do something, as a group, to not give in this kind of anger, because we are feeding right into it, when we give thumbs down and report him for abuse...because from what he says, that he enjoys the furor he can cause people.  If you know who the person is, pass by his name.  Sad, isn't it?  I don't know what else to do and feel I am doing the opposite of what I did at school.  The neediest children we worked with, were those that needed the love the most....I hate saying to say pass by his name, because he could be one of those people who need love the most, I don't know.  I just know he seems to be an angry person and why he hates seniors is beyond me.  I hope we can all get past this and maybe as I read someplace have a senior citizen's lite, where we can ask memories of the good old days, like the cans and strings someone asked, or the good questions Gladys asks.  Some questions jolt us back to the good old days, the memories and good times, and we need that in today's world.  YOu are a great bunch of people.

Hi yes I agree These people  are making me feel something I don't like about myself,  I hope God will for give me for falling into their trap, I will do my best to click on the ignore button even when I get a violation,
 I apologize to the few I have lashed back at defending myself and my senior friends

Rude sod boars that are like that I just move on. Don't have time for it.
When it is consistant I block them as I don't want persons that just pick apart every question I write but still feels the need to comment on them. It propels me to answer more questions where the atmosphere is not hateful.
Memories have a benefit and does serve the purpose of the site which is to share knowledge and to give insight into the societal problems and the good things in society and culture. That is the category.

I found this site about 2 months ago & I love it I really feel like we are an extended family  but as in many families there's sometimes one who causes dis-cord with the rest I totally refuse to give this person the Power over me  all I can say is Don't Mess With Us Seniors because we have weathered through many storrms & we are survivors

You are right, he may have problems ,I've had questions reported, but at my age, if that ruined my day, I'd be in real trouble.
I kind of chuckle.You'd think he'd learn when the questions are re-instated, but maybe it helps him pass the time.
At any rate, there is justice........you see, in the end, he will become a senior citizen.....LOL.

I agree this person(I've only been here two days and already I know who you're talking about) is lonely and needy but it is not our job to help the dysfunctional who do not ask for help.  The only thing I've seen that works with this kind of person is to block them from answering your questions and ignore theirs.  I left my old category because of someone like this but this category doesn't seem to be much better troll-wise.
BTW, he doesn't enjoy TD's and reports as he says.  You should see the viscious commets I got because he THOUGHT I was the one who did that to him.  I wasn't.

The trouble with grapes is that they come in a cluster...just like the people who are using one person to see what the rest of us will do.  
I have news for them.  Your little game has snowballed.  Goody.  If one of the people your are verbally abusing & attacking dies...I hope there is a way to prosecute you.  If not...then I hope there is a way to find all of you.  In a group or one by one.  You shall all get your payback from the powers that be. If it happens to be me on a bad day....we could all make news & go down together in a blaze of glory.  I just hope I am given the luxury of getting to watch you suffer as much as you have caused so many of the people on this seniors site mental anguish and broken dreams of connecting with real people.  You...whomever you may be are a discredit to all mankind.  Someday when you least expect it....you WILL know suffering as you have never imagined it could be.  Deal with it or don't.  I won't bother with this crap any longer.  

This group is getting paid by outside sources to create "situations".  I  hope they choke on their seat covers.  No parent should allow their children or grandchildren to have access to this website until it is cleaned up or shut down.  Goodbye & if there are any real people out there I hope you can find a way to get out from under Yahoo.
