French, Italian and maybe Japanese food are considered the best in the world.

They use a lot of sauces, so if you like sauces, then it would be the best. It's a matter of opinion, but I like Vietnamese the best (well, I know I'm biased, but others have tried it & they've liked it), followed by Thai, Japanese, Italian, Chinese, and then French.

French, is very imaginative, and skillful. They can make gourmet out of anything. a close tie is Italian, from the south. Then Greek.
