Thanks for the info. Why isn't this getting more publicity? I know of two people in addition to myself who are contemplating new HVAC systems and I know that they are unaware of this credit.

So, i can do $7500 in improvements at present, and get $1500 of that lower back in April 2010... would not do a lot to help my economic issue. i do not study about you, yet what i can discover the money for at present isn't frequently in accordance to how a lot i can get lower back from it next 3 hundred and sixty 5 days.

With the cost of everything going up because of all the new taxes on business and gas etc. We will all be lucky to pay our bills and keep food on the table and gas in the car, who will be able to afford to up grade !

If you have the $ to do improvements then go for it!!! It's not going to pay all you spend doing them.

thats all well and great. but if you don't have money, you can't spend it and you can't get a tax credit.
