97 Merc Marquis, smells like overheating, has no fluid loss?
Car has 162,000 miles and at the 150,000 interval, all hoses were replaced and radiator was flushed. Also when the defrosters are on, takes like forever to defrost the windows, and even when they are off, the front window fogs up.
This car is not my ride. I own a 2006 Harley Classic with 51,000 highway miles. Leaving April 16 towards the last mainland USA state, Alaska. Having visited all 47 prior. Also own a 2006 Harley Wide Glide, my in town bike.

Your thermostat might be stopped up. this happened to my mustang, if it is stopped up, no coolant will go through to cool the engine thus giving you the overheating smell without fluid loss, hope this helps
