my reason for asking is if i spend every single penny i have on the euro lottery tonight and buy lucky dips and they don't win, in effect they have sold me unlucky dips which is not what i asked for, so could i get my money back

    lol, technically yes, they are breaking the law! i would ring Trading standards if I were you and say look, they're advertising these dips as lucky and they're not!

    For starters, you didn't purchase any "goods"; you only purchased a chance. Chances are known to be randomly good or bad, so you got what you paid for.

    Perhaps winning would be unlucky for you, so no, you can't return them for your money back.
