Question about my flight itinerary?

My flight ticket says

Depart Cedar Rapids and 10am

Arrive New York 4:04pm

Does that mean It will be 5pm Eastern time?

I'm confused..

    No. It will be 4:04 pm when you arrive in New York Eastern Time. The airline already calculated the time zone switch.
