have you ever sent in an email complaint to a fast food website?

I SENT A COMPLAINT IN LAST YEAR TO THE WENDY'S WEBSITE ABOUT NASTY THINGS THAT WERE HAPPENING AT A LOCAL WENDY'S, ON THE SITE, THEY SAY SOME WILL CONTACT YOU IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS, AFTER 10 DAYS I REPEATED THE SAME COMPLAIN ADDING THAT THEY DIDNT RESPOND TO MY FIRST COMPLAINT, AFTER ANOTHER 10 OR MORE DAYS I AGAIN REPEATED THE SAME COMPLAINT AND ADDED THAT THEY HAD NOT RESPONDED TO MY FIRST 2 SUBMISSIONS, i GAVE UP AFTER THAT, AND HAVE NOT BEEN BACK TO ANY WENDYS SINCE. I GUESS ITS A WASTE OF TIME TO COMPLAIN TO THEIR WEBSITE, NEXT TIME IT WILL BE TO THE HEALTH INSPECTOR.

call them instead, I had to do that once

because the service and food was so horrible , they had to have completely wrecked it on purpose. I got an apology.

One time I went into the bathroom at Wendy's and two guys were actually having sex in one of the stalls. I noticed they were both wearing uniforms. I went back out to the counter and said I wanted to speak with the Manager or Assistant Manager because two employees were having sex in the bathroom. The bimbo at the counter just laughed and said "who do you think the two guys are?" I went home and sent an email complaint. I never heard a word back.

I have, both to complain and to compliment. I've gotten a response every time, occasionally from the owners themselves. The best was when we were visiting Indiana and starting our trip home to KS. We went thru a drive thru at McD's and ordered about 25 bucks worth of sandwiches and such. They were having trouble with their card machine and ended up giving us our order for free as it was their problem. We got home and I contacted the company to thank them on both the free food and the politeness of everyone who tried to fix the problem. Within a week we had a $50 Arch card and very nice letter thanking us for our patience and feedback. I was impressed.

I e-mailed Wendy's today because the location nearest me is so #$%! slow. So I shouldn't expect a reply?

Last year I e-mailed Arby's and asked them why they discontinued a sandwich I used to order back in the 80s. They mailed me a card redeemable for a free sandwich, fries and drink. Score!

No, but I've telephoned but still at the end of the day, it won't make any difference. One person can't change something.

I've called them before about them f**king up my order, and they actually sent me coupons for free stuff to make up for it.
