If a part of the car flies into the stands and kills someone, Does he get charged with Manslaughter, afterall; his actions are what would have caused a death if that happened, especially when the lap before, Edwards tried to do the same thing but missed Keselowski. I say sit Edwards out for 3 races, and fine him at least $ 100,000.and also take the points he earned that day too.

The problem is that some people are too stupid to realize that when a car has fog lights on, your highbeems can not be on at the same time.

On my way home from work every night I drive with fog lights on, because it is much easier to see if deer are in the road, I know my low beems are on, but every night i get the highbeems flashed at me because the oncoming drivers thinks I have highbeems on, My low beems are set at regulation level so I know they are not aimed to high, so here is a rule to follow, if you see a car coming and it has 4 lights on, two of them lower than the other 2, then that car has on its low beems and fog lights.

Fog lights are factory set so that they only come on with low beems, so all you highbeem flashers, you know longer have a reason to flash your highbeems, unless you are just plan too stupid.

I SENT A COMPLAINT IN LAST YEAR TO THE WENDY'S WEBSITE ABOUT NASTY THINGS THAT WERE HAPPENING AT A LOCAL WENDY'S, ON THE SITE, THEY SAY SOME WILL CONTACT YOU IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS, AFTER 10 DAYS I REPEATED THE SAME COMPLAIN ADDING THAT THEY DIDNT RESPOND TO MY FIRST COMPLAINT, AFTER ANOTHER 10 OR MORE DAYS I AGAIN REPEATED THE SAME COMPLAINT AND ADDED THAT THEY HAD NOT RESPONDED TO MY FIRST 2 SUBMISSIONS, i GAVE UP AFTER THAT, AND HAVE NOT BEEN BACK TO ANY WENDYS SINCE. I GUESS ITS A WASTE OF TIME TO COMPLAIN TO THEIR WEBSITE, NEXT TIME IT WILL BE TO THE HEALTH INSPECTOR.

how is that false advertising? easy, they announce the it is fat free, which means they are suppose to put the fat in for free, but by charging extra money for it, it is not free, so that is false advertising!

I don't understand why Nascar choose to fix something that was not broken. The past winners of the Bud shoot-out and the Pole winners from the previous year was great, Now they want to limit it to the top 6 contenders of each manufacturer plus one wild card draw from each one., That really sucks, its no longer about the drivers, its only about the cars they drive, I use to look forward to the Bud shoot-out, the hell with it now.

Everyone that voted for Obama should be handing in a resignation at their jobs, You voted for Obama cause he promised to spread the wealth, (take from the rich and give to the Poor,), He promised to give you all free health Insurance, he promised to help pay your mortgage payment, he promised to give you a huge tax refund even if you dont work,and he promised a whole lot more, You all voted for him, so why are you still working. If you give up your jobs, imagine how much the unemployment rate would go down, when they rehire for your job. its now your duty to fulfill your reason for putting him in Office.

Drivers like S Marlin, D Waltrip, R Gordon, K Petty, K Schrader, B Elliot, should all get out of racing, none of them are any good, and they are just taking a seat that a young and up coming driver would love to be sitting in. Besides that they can really screw up your week if you end up with one of them in a Pool.

Some people cant lose weight no matter what they try, and you always have those who brag about weight loss, so they make the ones that can`t lose feel bad.

My answer to the braggers is first a question, How long did it take you to lose those 8 pounds, they usually respond " about ten days " I then tell them That in those same 10 days I crapped atleast 4 lbs per day, which means I lost 40 lbs So I beat them by 32 lbs.

THEY DONT USUALLY BRAG TO ME ABOUT WEIGHT LOST AFTER THAT.

I have 2 favorite ones

1st one is Slice of bread with about a 1/2 inch of peanut butter on it, then top it of with a big pile of hot chef-boy-r-d- ravoli, then that is topped of with another slice of bread with more peanut butter on it. thats yummy for my tummy.

2nd is a sandwich made with sliced bananna`s and a lot of miracle whip on both slices of bread, thats more yummy for my tummy, WHAT`S YOURS.

To have only six cars finish on the lead lap makes it a boring race, To have Kyle Busch win again, makes it even worse, If that trend continues a whole lot of people will lose interest, and start watching or doing other things on race day. Kyle is just a young punk careless driver, who will eventually kill someone out there, dont matter how safe the cars are, he will cause someone to die. I have gone to both N.H. races for the last few years because it is the closest track I live to, I have also added a couple more tracks each year, this year I will be going to Bristol In August ( tickets alreay bought and paid for)and both NH Races, if the current trend continues, there will be no races next year, I just cant find myself watching something that is boring.

Ocean water is the most plentiful liquid we have, several years ago a proffessor invented a motor that ran on ocean water ( salt water ) with absolutely no pollution, I must assume he had to been bought out by all the big oil companies, Why doesn`t some else do the same, and not let the big oil companies buy them out.

Pres Bush has for years trying to get the Congress and Senate to approve bills that would allow drilling on just a few thousand acres out of several hundred thousand acres in Alaska where there is enough oil to last our country over 100 years, But it`s the democrats that keep blocking the passage of those bills. We need to get Control of both those Houses back in Republican hands, within months we can be back to less than $ 2.00 per gallon.

the part of the rule that is not fair, is the part where the first driver a lap down does not get the lucky dog pass if he is involved in the caution, It should be modified to say ( unless the caution is caused by the second man down. here is why.

In Texas 2 weeks ago, Newman was the first man down to get the lucky dog pass, Biffle was the second man down, Biffle then hit Newman in the left back fender of the car, causing Newman to spin out of control, Caution is out and Newman is denied the lucky dog pass cause he is involved in the caution, they then give the lucky dog pass to Biffle, If this rule is not modified, you will start seeing the second man down, purposely spinning out the first man to to cause a caution and the second man gets the lucky dog, Looks to me like Biffle has that already figured out, and spun Newman out on purp[ose.

Glad for Jr. and C Mears on how well they did, A good year for Nascar this year would be for both Gordon & Johnson not make the chase.

I say a Totota will win 2 times, both will be Tony Stewart wins.

Recently She cried again, just before Super Tuesday,

I say if she can`t handle the Pressure of the primaries, there is no way she can handle the Presidents Job.

Another problem with her, just like her husband when he was president, she wants to raise taxes on the big corporations, that in turn forces them to cut back on the work force to make up for the extra funds, or move to other countries, either way we loose, cause all those people will be unemployed.

Studies show that in recent years, that the students involved in school killings ( Columbine for example ) came from families that are either pro choice, or from families that are very active in the pro choice movement, basically showing there children at an early age that it is OK to Kill Defenseless Children ( born or unborn), That study should by itself be proof enough that Roe v Wade is wrong and that it sholud be overturned.

the numbers are amazing 99.4 % of those involved fall into that catagory. this is why we need a Republican president that will assign Justices to the supreme court that will over turn Roe v Wade.

The 25 points would only be awarded if the poll winner earns the poll. if qualifing is rained out the points leader gets the poll but not the 25 bonus points because he did not earn the poll thru qualifing. I think this would keep the points closer and you would not have a run away leader like you have had in the past.
