New clown chasing damsel...?

I got a new clown fish from a friend of mine. She is larger than my other 2 clowns and she has been constantly chasing my little 3-stripe damsel. Are they playing or is she trying to hurt it? I just got the new clown yesterday evening. I don't want to get rid of the clown or the damsel, but I may have to I guess? Any suggestions?

I have a 30 gal with 2 small damsels, 1 firefish goby, and 3 clowns.

Update:

The only fish he seems to be picking on his the one damsel. Should I get rid of the clown or the damsel?

Update 2:

All is well, clown is not bothering damsel anymore.

I have an 8 gal biocube with a clown, and a Seargent major damsel and for months the clown had been chasing him around. The clown is territorial the damsel will get the point.... wait a minute you have 3 clowns in there..... you need to get rid of at least one.. that's not a big enough tank for all that, sorry bud...

clowns in fact are damsels too. i'd go with another species you can get a couple bagai cardinals instead of the 3 stripes. their alot more layed back, and only get prettier as they get older. the 3 stripes I had a big one that i had raised for years. in daddy's eyes he was the cuttes thing. when people would come over, they always said something about the big ugly prisson fish and called him bubba

your better off seperating the clown from the others as he is bulling your damsel he will stress the other fish and will more than likly result in a fish dieing!

You could rish leaving the clown in with fish but i wouldnt suggest it!

the clown fish you recieved knows that it is bigger and is acting territorial. he isn't trying to hurt your other fish, but it may. you should either give the fish to a pet store for another fish that you want, or get another tank and more fish of his size

    Good Luck!
