Can anyone estimate cost of single uPVC double glazed window about 5 ft tall by 3 foot wide that can be opened?

Wish to replace ground floor window of this size with wooden frames that are beginning to rot without having a huge bill.

    A whole-window opener on that will be pricey.

    I paid 550 quid for a door about that size (single pane of glass)
