Have you tried one of the ABC stores? They carry the harder stuff, while the grocery stores carry the beer and wine.
I'd tell you exactly where to look, but it's been so long since I was in Woodbridge, I'd be lost in a heart beat. Heck, I doubt if I could even find my way to Potomac Mills Mall. And I used to practically live there.
