How do i clean out wounds on a mouse?

I have a few mice, and in 2 tanks. One for the males and one for the females. But this morning, my males started fighting and one ended up with a few cuts/ bite marks on his back. Im wondering what is safe to use to clean out the wound.

Update:

Thanks for all your answers. I went to the store really quick and bought a new temporary small plastic cage. I used some peroxide on him. Im just going to have to wait and see how he heals up. If he gets worse I'll take him to the vet. Again, Thank you all for your answers.

I would just clean the blood off with a wet washcloth really gently. Keep checking on it. If they're small enough cuts they will heal, but if they get infected, that's when you need to worry. At that point, I'm not sure.

I would just use warm water and a little bit of regular soap, just to make sure the wound is clean. Antibacterial or dish soap is probably too strong, so I would stick with Ivory bar soap or something basic like that.

you can try to use very mild hydrogen peroxide and seperate the male mice or they will continue to fight until they strong one wins and kills the other but not with the females or you know babies so like maybe try putting a piece or strong plastic diveding them k
