On Everybody loves Raymond, How does the series end?

Ray had to have his tonsils out and his blood pressure dropped dangerously low for just a short time and he could have died. Everyone paniced and didn't tell Marie. She found out later that night when he was home and ran across the street and got in bed with Ray & Debra.

Ray Barone stresses about getting his adenoids removed. Everyone assures him he'll be fine, but he believes otherwise. As it turns out, the doctors have trouble taking Ray out of anesthesia, and his family quickly gets worried, until the doctor comes out moments later to explain that he is fine. It is agreed that Ray will not be told, and neither will Marie, who was in the bathroom at the time. However, Marie gets the truth out of Frank, and Debra must explain the incident to Raymond, who is still unaware of the mishap. The ensuing discussion, which includes Robert and Amy as well, involves Ray asking, "So for 30 seconds, you all thought I was dead?", which was followed with a smile and asking, "What did everybody do?" One by one, each Barone express their love for Ray (either subtly or noticeably). The next day, the entire family sits down at the table for breakfast. Everyone is talking and laughing, and the show ends on that note.

Ray had to get his tonsils removed but he was afraid. He mentioned to debra that he was afraid that the nurse's top would unbutton and the surgeon will get distracted and make a mistake (although nurse's tops don't have buttons.) Anyway so the family convinces that he'll be fine. During the surgery there is this tiny misunderstanding which cause the nurse to tell Debra, Amy, Robert and Frank that Ray's not getting up while Marie was in the bathroom. They all get emotional and a few seconds later the doctor comes out and tell everyone that Ray is fine. They decide to tell neither Marie or Ray about what happen. That was working until Frank accidentally said it to marie while they were borderline Intimate . Marie rushed over to Ray's and walks in on him and Debra in bed and literally jumps on top of her to get to ray. Ray finds out and panics about his death. He claims he hears his dead uncle while he was under. Amy reveals Roberts emotions about Ray.

The episode ends around the kitchen table with everyone there talking over one another.

It's a brilliant episode, funny with a touch of emotion. I tried to looks for videos or clips on youtube but I couldnt find any. You really have to see it.

Ray tried to fix the gas line instead of hiring a handy man. He connected everything wrong and when his parents came over, Ray's dad flipped a light switch. The spark ignited the gas, and it blew them all to smithereens.

Robert laughed.

I'm not sure if there ever was an official ending. I think the show just kind of fizzled out.

They all just sit around the kitchen table eating. No big ending, very simple.
