Is this a good workout routine?

After consulting with a fitness trainer, I re-wrote my workout routine as follows.

Monday shoulders/abs 45" plus cardio 15"

Tuesday chest " " " "

Wednesday back " " " "

Thursday legs/abs " " " "

Friday triceps " "

    Is this a good work out routine in regards to what? What are you trying to accomplish? What is your height/weight right now, and what do you want to be? You need to post those answers before you can get a serious response. Anyone who posts something on here without knowledge of what you are trying to accomplish doesn't know what they are talking about.
