Can an adult female parakeet breed with a slightly younger one?

Me and my friend want to breed our parakeets, and hers is at least 1 month younger.

As long as both are over 12 months so they have finished growing, and the female is under 4 years that should be fine.

*** update....in your other question you say your bird is six months old and the male is 4 months...that is NOT AN ADULT.
