    DeepBurner Free

But burning DVDs as fast as you can is a sure way to burn coasters (pieces of useless plastic). For the best burn (no skips, no pixelation), burn as SLOW as you can. Blanks don't really burn well at top speeds in home setups. (A good burner, that can burn at top speed, costs more than most computers - just for the burner.)

WinAVI is a good free converter.

Also, you can do this with Nero Vision Express without any converting.
