How can I make a large shirt fit better?
Its preshrunk and I can't cut or sew it to fix it. I've already tried pulling it back and tying it off with a hair-tie; but its still super baggy at my waist. Also, the sleeves are big enough to fit my head in.

instead of wearing it as a shirt...add some leggings and flats and make it a dress!
