I dvr 24 last night and am lying in the bed desperate to follow it and there he was on my lil 24 in tv Jerry Jax ....does anyone have any idea if he is going to come back a nd cause trouble for Claudia

Yes, wild. Sebastian Roché has actually played that character John Quinn last year on 24.
He jumps around on shows. I saw him on a repeat of Sex In The City a few years ago.
I hope he continues to give Claudia problems. Maybe he can finally tell Sonny the truth so we don't have to continue to see the thing Kate is doing. Tell him and move on, please. (sorry, just my frustrations)
